Responsibilities: • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems • Monitor and review system performance • Ensure accuracy of data entry into HR systems • Assist with the implementation of new HR systems • Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions • Generate reports from HR systems • Provide technical support to HR staff • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field • Experience working with HR systems • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of HR best practices • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Familiarity with data privacy principles
